Neuschnee Pictures is driven by the creative forces of Philipp Tornau and Rico Vogt. We first teamed up while working within the vibrant cosmos of the Franco-German cultural broadcaster ARTE. Over the course of numerous productions, we developed a documentary sensibility that continues to shape our approach to brand and corporate filmmaking – infusing business storytelling with proximity, credibility, and elegance.
Time and time again, we combine this documentary intuition with strikingly stylized imagery – resulting in bold compositions and a distinctive signature style. Our close interplay of image and sound, our shared eye for visual composition, and our deep connection with both protagonists and the evolving cinematic work lend each production a characteristic depth and precision.
Prior to founding Neuschnee Pictures, we completed more than 800 films, features and editorial pieces for renowned agencies, broadcasters, and direct clients – across a wide range of formats, including television and cinema projects, corporate films, branded content, advertising, web content and talent attraction films.
Our productions have taken us to more than 30 countries and encompassed, among others, television features and editorial pieces for ARTE’s signature formats – including Absolut, Concert, Introducing, Journal, Metropolis, Square and Tracks, as well as films for ARD, ZDF, 3Sat and the BBC, and cinema documentaries for independent production companies such as Boomtown Media.
